2019年6月4日上午，SNEC2019第十三屆國際太陽能光伏與智慧能源（上海）展覽會在上海新國際博覽中心啟幕，尚德在本次展會上重點展出了多款新品組件。
多年來，尚德持續(xù)參展SNEC。尚德致力于推動光伏發(fā)電“平價上網(wǎng)”的目標(biāo)早日實現(xiàn)，同時著眼于行業(yè)白熱化競爭趨勢，在不斷追求組件成本持續(xù)降低的同時，不斷加強新型技術(shù)的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)工藝的改進，憑借卓越的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢和制造水平，致力于新型高效組件的開發(fā)與升級。本次尚德展出的8款組件包含不同功率維度、不同應(yīng)用場景，更有多款突破400瓦的高功率組件。

440W高效單晶半片全黑組件 （Mono PERC Half Cell Black Solar Module）
該組件是尚德于2019年6月1日剛剛?cè)峦瞥龅钠炫灴頗ipower系列440瓦高效單晶半片全黑組件。該組件由尚德技術(shù)團隊經(jīng)過反復(fù)測試、對比、研究，采用158.75方單晶PERC電池片，同常規(guī)單晶電池相比，長度和寬度均增加了2mm，電池片變?yōu)橥暾恼叫?，消除了傳統(tǒng)單晶組件的封裝留白，組件有效發(fā)電面積提高1.2%，組件功率平均提升約8W，高達(dá)20.4%的組件轉(zhuǎn)換效率相較于同規(guī)格產(chǎn)品，可提供更高的電力輸出，更低的工作溫度和更高的峰值功率系數(shù)可以為客戶帶來額外的發(fā)電量增益，全黑的外觀更是完美匹配現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品設(shè)計美學(xué)。78片大板型設(shè)計，更高功率密度，有效地降低了安裝面積，節(jié)約了人力和支架結(jié)構(gòu)成本，最大化提升光伏系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢和輸出功率。以澳洲南部120MW項目為例，采用常規(guī)單晶PERC半片375W組件，度電成本（LCOE）約為0.03 USD/kW•h；而采用HIPower Max 440W組件，可使度電成本（LCOE）降幅達(dá)到6%。綜合以上技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，通過出眾的電池技術(shù)和領(lǐng)先的封裝工藝，該組件的最高功率可達(dá)440W。該產(chǎn)品亮相SNEC展會標(biāo)志著尚德超高功率組件正式登陸市場，是組件4.0時代的又一力作。

410W N型PERT高效單晶雙面雙玻半片組件 （Bifacial Mono PERT Half Cell Solar Module）

該組件采用N型高效單晶雙面PERT電池，組件背面功率最大增益30%，同時，N型雙面電池的對稱設(shè)計，杜絕了內(nèi)應(yīng)力從而大幅度降低了組件的隱裂風(fēng)險，N型組件無LID特性，有效提升組件的發(fā)電量。在戶外發(fā)電量表現(xiàn)中，由于它具有低內(nèi)部損耗，降低組件的工作溫度，比常規(guī)組件提高了1%左右的發(fā)電能力，從而有效降低度電成本LCOE。

390W 9主柵多晶PERC半片組件（Poly PERC 9BBHalf Cell Solar Module）
9主柵多晶PERC半片組件較常規(guī)5柵組件功率提升近10w；由于柵線密度增大，間隔小，即使電池片出現(xiàn)隱裂和碎片，多主柵電池的功損率也會相對減少，仍能繼續(xù)保持較好的發(fā)電表現(xiàn)。同時更低的組件工作溫度可帶來更高的組件輸出功率。

330W高效單晶9主柵半片全黑雙面雙玻組件（Bifacial9BB Mono PERC Half Cell Black Solar Module）
該組件采用雙面PERC電池結(jié)合雙玻組件技術(shù)，組件背面功率最大增益25%，分體式接線盒的設(shè)計，實現(xiàn)了組件背面零遮擋，同時半片的設(shè)計降低了串聯(lián)電阻，減少了遮光面積，大幅度提高組件的輸出功率。

該產(chǎn)品玻璃厚度僅為1.6mm+1.6mm，重量僅16.9kg，一體化邊框套件無縫拼裝設(shè)計，塑造了其極具設(shè)計美學(xué)的外觀造型，同時也有效的節(jié)省了產(chǎn)品的安裝空間。該產(chǎn)品不僅在在外觀上有較高造詣，在沙漠、農(nóng)場和海岸等嚴(yán)酷的環(huán)境里憑借可靠的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，也有較好的可持續(xù)性。

高效單晶智能組件內(nèi)置智能優(yōu)化芯片，能最大限度的減少由于陰影，污染，老化以及不適宜屋頂朝向而產(chǎn)生電池特性不匹配現(xiàn)象，和隨之產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響，從而確保最大輸出功率。該產(chǎn)品可為任何環(huán)境和朝向屋頂提供靈活解決的方案。

315W高效單晶防污排水TG智能組件（Self-Cleaning Smart DC Solar Module）
防污排水TG智能組件采用防塵玻璃和導(dǎo)水槽設(shè)計，可排除組件表面污漬及水漬，保證功率輸出。良好的阻抗匹配功能，消除了組件級的失配影響；組件端的實時警報和網(wǎng)頁監(jiān)控，提升了系統(tǒng)正常運行和精準(zhǔn)定位問題點的能力，以提高系統(tǒng)維護效率。
